"The future of energy infrastructure – a European challenge"
07th December 2010, 9.30 am - 5.00 pm, Hotel Aquino, Berlin
After two years of hard work including data analysis and modeling of energy systems of nine European regions as well as transnational studies, the first SUSPLAN project results were presented in Berlin. During the conference delegates from involved research institutes, grid operators and the European Commission presented different options and solutions for regional and transnational infrastructure plans aiming for the integration of large shares of renewable energies in the European energy grids. In lively discussion opportunities and challenges where analyzed.
