The consortium is well balanced with an excellent mix of academic and research institutions, utilities, local authorities, and energy companies. The partners are acknowledged outstanding experts in the field. Furthermore  stakeholders from representative regions including New Member States will be engaged in the project. The high level of interest in the project has been confirmed by multiple stakeholders.
